CountShop.com offers discounted prices on brands such as Hamilton, Luminox, Nixon, Seiko, Tissot, DKNY, Fossil, Armani, Casio, Adidas, Diesel, etc. We are a US company with warehousing in US, Europe, Hong Kong. Items are shipped worldwide from these locations.

 

What is CountShop?

Welcome to CountShop! Here you can find a variety of branded watches, jewelry and accessories. Our business is simple – we work hard to find the best possible deals on quality merchandise from all over the world, and we pass on the savings to our shoppers. Most of our merchandise is offered below retail price. Most importantly though, we offer the promise of risk-free shopping. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can simply return it within 30 days for a full refund, plus we will reimburse you for shipping up to $15.

 

Are the products genuine and unused?

Brand new and 100% authentic! We don’t sell fake goods. All our merchandise comes with our 1-year warranty.

 

What are the payment options?

We accept payments by PayPal or credit cards –Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

 

How much do you charge for Shipping?

Nothing… it’s FREE!

 

How soon will I receive a purchased item?

We will ship the item within 3 days and send you a tracking number. Standard registered airmail delivers in 12-15 days. Express delivery within 5 days is optional via Fedex for $15.

 

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide.

 

Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?

Yes – we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you don’t like it, you can mail it back within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

 

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

Sales tax of 6% will be charged to orders being sent to Connecticut.

 

What if there are customs/import duties?

In most cases and most countries, there should be no customs/import duties. However, if there are any such charges, we are not responsible for them.

 

Is my personal information secure on your website?

Certainly, we follow strict privacy guidelines (you are invited to view our Privacy Policy online). We are not in the business of selling information on our customers or their activities. Moreover, our site transactions and database are hacker-safe and SSL-certified.

 

 

PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY & WARRANTY 

 

Are your items authentic? 

YES!

• Items are brand "new-in-the-box”, 100% authentic, with all original parts.

• Products are shipped with the original manufacturer's box/case, packaging, and manuals.

• Items have the original manufacturer's serial numbers intact.

• Items are not used, refurbished, damaged, or replica products. Selling replicas is illegal and we do NOT engage in such activities. 

 

Why are your prices so cheap?

We buy excess stock from authorized dealers, wholesalers, and distributors in bulk at volume discounts. The resulting cost savings are passed on to customers worldwide in the form of low prices.

 

Will the item be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty? 

CountShop is a discount retailer. Unlike authorized dealers, we are not obliged to sell through the manufacturer’s pricing guideline, hence we cannot always give a manufacturer’s warranty with the product. A manufacturer’s warranty card may not be issued or may not have an authorized dealer stamp. However, every watch sold on our website is covered by our 1-year seller’s warranty, wherein you can send the watch to us for servicing if there is a problem in the first year. 

 

PAYMENT & SHIPPING 


What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept payment via credit card, Paypal or Google Checkout. 

 

What countries do you ship to? 

We ship globally to all international locations. 

 

What is the delivery time? 

Standard Shipping delivers in 10-15 days. Expedited Shipping delivers in 4-5 days. We use either Fedex or EMS Speedpost for expedited shipping. 

 

Are there any customs/import duties/taxes? 

US customers: There are NO duties/taxes for US customers.

Non-US customers: There can be duties/taxes for international customers. Buyers are responsible for any applicable charges in their respective country. We can declare as ‘gift’ and state low value on request. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING 


How soon do you ship after payment is received? 

We ship within 3 days of payment. 

 

When do I get the tracking number? 

A tracking number will be provided on the 4th day. If you have not received the tracking number by the 4th day, please be sure to check your spam filter before contacting us. 

 

What happens if it has been over 15 business days and I have still not received my item? 

Please contact us and we will open a postal inquiry to locate the package. Since packages are sent by registered mail, we are able to launch an investigation after 15 business days (3 weeks) of posting date. We will work with you to make sure you end up with the item or your money back. However, postal investigations need time to conclude so we request your patience and cooperation in such situations. 

 

RETURN POLICY 


What if I am not satisfied with the item?

 Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in original condition. 

 

Who pays for return shipping? 

Buyers can be reimbursed for shipping charges up to $15. Please contact us to obtain shipping instructions.
